I started coaching people in fitness and nutrition back in 2011.

💙 I loved coaching from the start. But some clients struggled to perform exercises and no matter how I tried to coach them, they just couldn’t get into positions… Some had pain halting their progress or just couldn’t keep up with the class no matter how we scaled. Some would follow nutrition plans and exercise but still couldn’t loose the weight. I wanted to help but kept running into what felt like road blocks…

❗️I was frustrated because I wanted to be able to help with the root cause and not just find work-arounds for them.
⁉️ My clients were frustrated because they felt they could never progress or get over what was holding them back no matter how hard they tried…


Long story cut short: 10 years after starting to coach people in fitness, an energetic kinesiology degree 💆🏽‍♂️, CrossFit Level 3, Precision Nutrition Level one and one Active Life Professional later 👩🏽‍⚕️ I am now helping people:

  • get out of pain (remotely and in person)
  • dive deeper into conscious and subconscious reasons for their pain or challenge in life⠀
  • find strong and lasting motivators for my clients that help them to stick to their routine even when it gets hard
  • finally working on the real underlying issues with goal-oriented exercises instead of scratching the surface

    🔆 It fills me with great joy to now be able to provide meaningful and lasting changes in the health area. There is something in seeing the lightbulb go off or a 1:1 client hitting a goal they have been chasing for so long.
